The Goat

Isaiah 11:6
“The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them.”

    • Thank you Matt! Things have died down a bit, so indulged in a little photography at our local zoo. While I won’t be posting as much as I did in the past, I’m glad to get back to this little hobby.

It’s always a pleasure seeing your photos by the way. You have such a great eye for for finding things to photograph. I really envy that!!!

      • Thank you Joseph! The challenge of finding something photograph-worthy every single day can be a bear sometimes, but I often surprise myself with what I come up with. I think after this year, I’ll scale things back. Two consecutive years of daily photos is probably enough for a while. And speaking of eyes, that is the thing I’ve most admired about YOUR photography. I’m so happy that are going to be seeing your again, however infrequent it may be. Keep on clicking, right? šŸ™‚

      • Well you do a fantastic job! It is amazing how much trouble a hobby can be sometimes šŸ˜Š. But it’s a thrill when it all comes together.

My wife got me a neat little gadget for Father’s Day called an Olloclip. So I’m hoping it will add more flavor to my photos.

        See ya later

      • Indeed it is! And I can’t wait to see/hear about your experiences with the Olloclip — I’ve being toying with the idea of buying one of these for a while now. They do look intriguing!

      • The OlloClip is pretty cool. I’ve taken a couple of photos I’ll share this week. I have the 4 in 1 so it has fish eye, wide angle, 10x, and 15x macro. The fish eye is just gimmicky, but fun for selfies. The wide angle is good for large field shots, but there’s a bit of distortion at the edges for anything else. The gold is in the macro. I’ve never really gotten into macro until now. I’m really enjoying that.

      • Yes, you have to take the cover off and, depending on your case, that can be an issue. There is a workaround. The same manufacturers make a case for the OlloClip, but it’s not like an Otterbox or anything. My case is pretty easy to remove, so it’s not an issue for me.
